Trudi McKenna, in her role as Vice President of Finance & Administration,  oversees all financial, credentialing and human resources aspects of Saint Francis Healthcare Partners. She is responsible for growing the finance team and developing the organization’s human resources capabilities as well as providing strategic leadership.

McKenna is an industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in finance and who worked most recently at Hartford HealthCare’s Integrated Care Partners (ICP) as its Director of Finance and Administration. She was a member of the team that created ICP and while there she co-led the Medicare Shared Savings Program for the Hartford HealthCare ACO. Previous leadership positions include system integration and practice plan management at Hartford HealthCare as well as finance at Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of South Florida and a master’s degree from Temple University.
